Charles W. Meyer - Chief Technology Officer - Vice President
Charles Meyer serves as the technology master for 3D. With 15 years of media and content creation in the animation and broadcast industries he has been a guest speaker at NAB (National Association Broadcasters) 1997—present, at Siggraph 1996-2005, and IBC (International Broadcasters Convention) Europe 1998. He has been on development and beta test teams for software and hardware companies such as: Adobe, AMD, Compaq/HP, Panasonic, Matrox, Newtek and In:Sync, maximizing those relationships has accelerated implementation of new technologies in every product development.
Combining technical skills and creative talents, Charles received two Emmy Awards in 2005 and in 2006 for the area of Graphics and Animation for the high quality of work. Under his direction, that series won a total of five Emmy Awards in 2005 and in 2006.
Charles utilizes his extensive experience and technical expertise to head up an outstanding team of talented programmers, animators, and visual effects artists in the development of multiple patented software products for 3D.

Dean M. Dalton - Chief Executive Officer - President
Dean Dalton serves as the subject matter expert for Football content as well as the liaison to all 3D content experts. Additionally, he serves as the company President to build a strong business team and establishing business opportunities for 3D. Dean was a NFL assistant coach with the Minnesota Vikings for seven seasons with the last four as their National Football League record setting running backs coach. Having twice been a secondary school administrator Dean also served four universities as a NCAA coach at Western Illinois, Wisconsin, Texas Southern and Purdue.
Before joining the NFL, he owned, operated and scouted NFL players for "The War Room." Dean established this start-up company that was an independent scouting service with clients that included CBS Sports, FOX Sports, CNN, Sporting News, among others and later purchased by The Disney Corporation. Now known as Scouts, Inc., and can be seen today on ESPN.
Dalton's educational background includes accepting a congressional nomination for appointment to and attending the United States Air Force Academy. Following an automobile accident that cost him his pilot qualification status he completed an Associate of Science degree at the College of Lake County prior to accepting an athletic scholarship allowing him to attain his Bachelor of Business Administration and History degrees. In lieu of going to law school, Dalton continued a collegiate coaching career while simultaneously completing his Master of Educational Adminstration degree.
Still regarded nationally as an expert, Dean currently is an NFL analyst on Sirius-XM Satellite NFL Network radio and syndicated regional television programs as well as a host of a national television program featuring NCAA football on the Big Ten Network.
"The Coach" brings his over twenty five years of football expertise, analytical and communication abilities, substantial team building skills to the organizational development process, an extensive network of contacts as well as his business management and school administrative experience.
Andrew F. Kim - GENERAL COUNSEL
Andrew F. Kim is a partner at Michelman & Robinson, LLP and a member of the Firm’s Commercial and Business Litigation Department.
Mr. Kim is an experienced trial lawyer and versatile civil litigator whose practice focuses on general business and commercial disputes of all kinds. Mr. Kim counsels clients in all phases of pre-litigation and litigation matters with particular experience in high stakes, complex business disputes, including breach of contract, business tort and intellectual property matters.Mr. Kim has represented companies and individuals engaged in a wide array of business pursuits, including manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, designers, retailers, shipping companies, lenders, borrowers, investors, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, realtors, physicians, health care clinics and consumers.
In the entertainment context, Mr. Kim has represented studios, production companies, television networks, producers, “show runners,” domestic and international distributors and sales agents, directors, writers, actors, singers, composers, talent agents and talent and business managers, among many others.
Mr. Kim also has extensive experience developing and administering international anti-piracy enforcement programs for intellectual property rights holders such as apparel manufacturers. He has obtained highly favorable settlements and multimillion dollar judgments in multiple jurisdictions against Internet-based and "brick and mortar" trademark counterfeiters, gray goods marketers and copyright infringers.
Mr. Kim has participated as trial counsel, on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants alike, in state and federal trials and dispute resolution procedures of all types, including under the auspices of all major arbitral organizations, the entertainment industry guilds, various entertainment trade organizations (e.g., IFTA), the NFLPA and before the California Labor Commissioner.
Mr. Kim has long supported and served a number of educational and charitable organizations in the Los Angeles area and is the immediate past President of the Board of Directors of Center for Civic Mediation (formerly known as Los Angeles County Bar Association Dispute Resolution Services, Inc.), a non-profit organization that helps youth and other community members resolve disputes peacefully.
Prior to joining M&R, Mr. Kim was a partner in the Los Angeles office of Blank & Rome, LLP.
Mr. Kim has received and currently holds the highest possible rating from Martindale Hubbell. He has also been named as one of Southern California's "Super Lawyers" from 2008 through 2011.
